Wir nutzen YouTube im Zusammenhang mit der Funktion „Erweiterter Datenschutzmodus“, um Ihnen Videos anzeigen zu können. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse liegt in der Qualitätsverbesserung unseres Internetauftritts. Die Funktion „Erweiterter Datenschutzmodus“ bewirkt laut Angaben von YouTube, dass die nachfolgend noch näher bezeichneten Daten nur dann an den Server von YouTube übermittelt werden, wenn Sie ein Video auch tatsächlich starten.
Without this "extended data protection" a connection to the YouTube server in the USA will be established as soon as you access one of our websites on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is required in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your Internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will record and process at least your IP address, the date and time and the website you have visited. In addition, a connection to Google's "DoubleClick" advertising network is established.
If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube assigns the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality and to analyze usage behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your Internet browser on your end device. Shopify (Shop-Software + Web-Analyse)
a) Shopify-Shop-Software
We use "Shopify" to host our shop system and to display our offers and contract processing.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. b) GDPR (contract initiation/contract execution).
"Shopify" is a service provided by a group of companies comprising Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc., Shopify Payments (USA) Inc., Shopify (USA) Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd., and Shopify International Limited.
To the extent that we are domiciled in the European Economic Area (EEA), the processing is carried out by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Shopify".
Due to the corporate structure, it cannot be ruled out that processing also takes place in Canada and the USA, i.e., outside the EEA. However, when data is transmitted to Canadian Shopify Inc., an adequate level of data protection is ensured by a decision of adequacy by the European Commission.
Shopify processes the following data on our behalf:
Name, invoice and, if applicable, delivery address, e-mail address, payment details, Company name, if applicable Telephone number, IP address, information about orders, information about Shopify-supported merchant shops that you visit, and information about your device and internet browser.

b) Shopify web analytics
As far as we use the web analytics service of Shopify on our website, Shopify stores cookies on your device via your internet browser. These cookies transmit further information such as the location, time, or frequency of your visits to our website to a Shopify server, where they are analyzed.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 bed. f) DSGVO.
